Booking & Payment
• A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date
• The remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to your event via bank transfer
• Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received

Cancellations & Changes
• More than 48 hours’ notice → your deposit can be transferred to a new date (subject to availability)
• Less than 48 hours’ notice → deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable
• One date change is permitted per booking

On the Day
• Please ensure a suitable space is available (indoor or sheltered outdoor area)
• We require approximately 15–20 minutes prior to the start time for set-up
• Tables and seating should be arranged before arrival (unless otherwise agreed)
• All painting materials are provided – just bring your favourite food and drinks

Guests & Experience
• Suitable for all skill levels – no experience needed
• Recommended for ages 8+ (adult supervision required for children’s events)
• Minimum and maximum guest numbers may apply depending on package

Travel
• Travel is included within the local area
• Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside this area
