Booking policy

Booking Policy (professional + clear)

✨ Booking Policy – Little Moments of Magic

• A $50 deposit is required to secure your booking

• Remaining balance due 24 hours before event ( bank transfer)

Cancellations:

• More than 48 hours notice → deposit transferable

• Less than 48 hours → deposit non-refundable

On the Day:

• Please provide a shaded or indoor area

• Set-up requires 10–15 minutes before start time

• Face painting is for children aged 3+

Travel:

• Travel fees may apply outside local area
